K.O. Powerheads were originally designed by gator hunters who wanted a product that was better than what was currently on the market. Attach a powerhead to a gator pole and you’ve got a bangstick. Bangsticks are probably the most popular method of hunting alligators and in many states, the only legal method of killing a gator. Make sure to check out your state regulations before using one. Other uses for bangsticks include shark protection, kill shots on billfish at the boat, hog hunting, etc.

Our powerheads come in .223 and .357 (.38 Spl compatible) calibers. You can purchase them with a gator pole or a combo pack with both the .223 and .357 barrels that are interchangeable on the same breech. Never use a K.O. Powerhead without first reading the owner's manual.

Ready to use out of the box. Now includes M6x1 AND 5/16-24 (female) internal threads. Having two internal threads means that our powerheads can screw directly onto the two most common spear shafts without the need for an adapter. The first/only brand to have two internal threads.
All K.O. Powerheads are mounted to a 3/8in shaft that can be used as a handle. Other brands require fabrication before they can be used.
